Kilian Hennessy’s Inspiration:
Inspired by the citiy of New York, KILIAN PARIS introduces its new addition to the Liquors olfactive family: Apple Brandy on the Rocks, an olfactive soundtrack to nightlife’s liberation to come. Apple Brandy was first conceived with perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur for the opening of KILIAN PARIS’s New York flagship eight years ago. The fragrance returns, featuring the original apple brandy core but, this time, with an added uplift—KILIAN PARIS’s signature “on the rocks” accord blended into the opening for an ice-cold liquored delight expressing a uniquely KILIAN PARIS character. A blend of bergamot, apple brandy and cardamon, the accord cools down the original, adding excitement and modernity.
The Perfume:
This fresh opening of Apple Brandy on the Rocks unfolds into the perfume’s core personality: a distinctive apple brandy accord, in which a crisp fruity blend harmonizes with brandy—recreated using notes of rum for the liquor aspect, moss and vanilla. Upon a core structure of cedarwood and ambroxan, the scent carries sophistication into the night. It captures the constant reincarnation and incontestable elegance of the ‘Big Apple’—most especially that of its legendary nightlife.
Perfume notes: Bergamot, Apple Brandy and Cardamon
Bright and lush, mysterious and provocative, Synthetic Jungle is a stylized landscape in technicolor greens. An ode to cult perfumes of the 1970s, Synthetic Jungle offers a modern vision of nature reimagined.
Flipo retained the opulent basil of the original composition, along with a recomposed bouquet of hyacinth, lily of the valley, natural jasmine, and Ylang Ylang oil.
To modernize and sharpen, she then added synthetic black currant and styralyl acetate, effectively putting the bouquet through a glossy, sparkling filter.
Flipo simplified the Chypre and leather notes, resulting in a cleaner, more streamlined accord. Finally, she added patchouli.

A gourmand, floral and fruity fragrance designed entirely as a variation on texture. A mille-feuille of flaky sweetness, softness, and sensuality. For this powerful and contrasted creation, Thierry Wasser, Guerlain’s master Perfumer, drew inspiration from the noble material that is leather.
As an exclusive raw material, leather is part of a thousand-year tradition in Orient. With this fragrance, Thierry Wasser pays tribute to its strength, its softness and its sensuality. In its creation, the Perfumer builds diversity between the powerful woody leathery notes and the luminous osmanthus flower with its light fruity apricot facets.
PERFUMERS SECRET
For the sixth release of the Absolus d’Orient collection, Thierry Wasser creates a bewitching fragrance with the powerful leather note, while the osmanthus flower brings a sweet and apricot facet. The Virginian cedarwood adds structure to the deep and mysterious creation with the woody note that sublimates and unveils the diversity between the raw materials.
Ultimate Rose is not a true single flower but a unique and complex scent using the finest rose essences combined with beautiful notes of eastern neroli and orange flower to impart an oriental touch. Lingering in the background; a woody, amber accord to give it sensuality and mystery so that you can ultimately fall in love with this unique combination.
A diffusive top note of Osmanthus, Davana, Saffron, and Pepper provide initial impact, whilst a white floral accord of Moroccan Rose, Jasmin Sambac, Tuberose, and Moroccan Orange flower add a floral richness. The base notes include Indian Oud, Vetiver, Sandalwood, Amber Crystals, and precious Musks. Oud lover or not, you are bound to sign Oud Signature to your perfume collection.
Saffron, Raspberry, and Black Pepper provide a distinctive top note whilst the floral heart comes from Rose, White Jasmin, and Lily. Atlas Cedarwood, Cambodian Oud, Cypriol, Moss, Patchouli, Amber, and Musks combine to offer an unmistakable Oriental feel.
Incorporates top notes of Sicilian Bergamot, Baies Rose, Cassis, together with a warm and sensual note of Rose de Mai, Orris, and Violet leave. The base of Cypriol, Indian sandalwood, Tonka beans, Vanilla, and Amber add a sweet and powdery woody character.
