“Pomona Vitalis opens with fruity facets of lychee, strawberry
and apple balanced with a sparkle of bergamot. The lychee
complements the rose heart, enhancing the sense of dewy,
fresh, petals.
The heart revolves around a multi-faceted rose with both
Bulgarian rose oil with radiant metallic, green geranium shades
and fruity wine top notes, and the Rose Absolute brings a
distinctive rich and voluptuous sweetness with spicy green

Our muse was Pomona, a captivating beauty

THE STORY: The 8th fragrance in Thameen’s unique ‘Treasure’ Collection, ‘Green Peal’ is inspired by the ‘Yemengzhu’, the legendary luminous Chinese ‘pearls’ of green fluorite. This naturally phosphorescent mineral which literally glows in the dark is found only in China and is the most valuable in the world, highly prized by the Chinese as just touching it is said to bring health, great prosperity and good luck! THE FRAGRANCE: ‘Green Pearl’ opens with a biting green note of apple set aglow by bright citrus accords of mandarin, neroli and bergamot. At the heart, green leaves, soft and rain-soaked part to reveal green tea and the bitter-vert of Artemisia, further animated by a dusting of pepper. THE STORY: Considered by many to be the most famous diamond in the world, The Hope is also one of the world’s largest diamonds. Described as the size of a pigeon’s egg, it is a distinctive grey blue in hue, and also emanates a rare red phosphorescent glow. The gem has been worn by sultans, queens, aristocracy and socialites; most notably Queen Marie Antoinette who wore it as a hairpin, and its last private owner, the flamboyant heiress Evalyn Walsh Maclean. It was the inspiration for the ‘Heart of The Ocean’ in the film Titanic and provides the inspiration for the iridescent fragrance.
THE FRAGRANCE: Opening with the warm radiance of cinnamon bark, myrrh and cloves conjure the diamond’s legendary fiery red glow. A woody shimmer of cedar and oud wood is at the heart, layered with the multi-faceted, honeyed brilliance of the immortelle flower. THE STORY: Famed as the Eighth Wonder of the World, The Amber Room was presented to Peter the Great by the King of Prussia. Glowing at the heart of Catherine Palace near St Petersburg, the chamber was lined entirely with amber panels backed with gold leaf and mirrors. When lit with more than five hundred candles it was reputed to glow like trapped sunshine and fiery gold. Created by melting together amber, Cognac and honey, its history and brilliance has inspired the creation of this fragrance.
